Old friends, new friends

It's funny how you can sometimes have a falling out with an old friend and still find them in your life again. Such was the case yesterday.
An old friend of mine Shannon and her husband an even older friend of mine, Mike, haven't really spoken in about 10 years. A couple of years ago we saw each other. It was nice but there was still some tension from our falling out.
But, yesterday we went to their son Dylan's birthday party. It was big fun and the kids really enjoyed it. All together there were 21 kids at that party. They had a ball!
It was just like old times, only updated with "grown up" responsibilities.
Dang, I knew I should have brought my camera yesterday.
